Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations made with MobayStayz. By confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following cancellation terms.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellation periods are calculated based on the scheduled check-in date and time (3:00 PM local time).
More Than 30 Days Before Arrival
- Guests are eligible for a 100% refund of all amounts paid.
15 to 30 Days Before Arrival
- Guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival
- No refund will be issued.
2. Reservations Made Within 14 Days of Arrival
Reservations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable immediately upon booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations of these reservations.
3. Rebooking Exception
If a reservation is cancelled during the non-refundable period and the accommodation is subsequently rebooked for the same dates, MobayStayz may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund equal to the amount recovered from the replacement booking, less any applicable administrative fees, discounts, commissions, processing fees, or rate differences.
Issuing any such refund is entirely at the discretion of MobayStayz and does not create an obligation to provide a refund in future cases.
4. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-show reservations.
5. Reservation Changes
Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and approval. Any approved changes may result in rate adjustments or additional charges. A request to change reservation dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and a new booking, in which case this Cancellation Policy will apply.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
7. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this Cancellation Policy are granted solely at the discretion of MobayStayz management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
