Enjoy the privacy of your unit in a gated community. A ground floor 2BR, full kitchen, & dining, reclining sofa and smart tv, and patio. Located in the centre of the community, you are neighbours with 6 apartments that share a common entrance to a flora'd courtyard and outdoor seating for a Jamican diner and club house. Steps from a pool and the stairway to a natural beach.
The entire apartment is accessible. In the common areas on property, the beach is accessible by smart key between 7:30am and 6pm. The beach key will be available in the QueenG's resturant for signing out and in daily. (There is a $68 replacement charge if it is lost). There is a restaurant on property that is accessible and open from 8am to 9:30pm everyday and does delivery to your door.
The apartment is superclean and convenient, with 2 private bedrooms, and lots of kitchen counter space if you are into cooking meals. It's located in a courtyard that is shared with 7 apartments and a Jamaican restaurant so you will hear music playing throughout the day and enjoy the cuisine. Or, enjoy the quiet of your apartment. The pool is open 24 hours a day. Guest should note that the beach is down the stairs from the pool and is a natural, unmaintained beach; The key for the beach is available upon request by signing for it from the staff in the resturant. I always recommend person visit the beach in pairs. Ask the hostess to arrange rentals of portable beach chairs and a small cooler if you like.
We can arrange airport transfer. The cost is $45 one way or $75 return for up to 4 persons. Or use the Airport taxis at Arrivals. Larger groups can be connected with driver directly. Once you confirm with me by sending your arrival flight information, a what's app phone number, our driver will contact you to confirm details.
If you have any visitors, the security gate must be advised and their Id. will be checked at the gate.
The restaurant on site does do door delivery.
Cleaning visits can be arranged at a cost.
The beach can be accessed between 7:30am and 6pm (dark) - it is a natural 'unmaintained' beach so you will see other locals there, and there is seagrass etc on the beach. The beach swipe key is available for you in the restaurant upon request by signing for it and returning it there there. The restaurant offers portable beach chairs for rental.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but on the patio with the window and door close. Please shut off the ac's when you leave the apartment, and keep doors closed when it is on. There are 2 ac's, one in each bedroom. The unit in the Living room is not in use. Help us to conserved energy by turning them of when you leave. THANKS
We have no control over the regular supply of national utilities or the maintenance of the property itself and the other blocks which are unfortunately in varying degrees of disrepair. The pool is normally in good order though there have been brief lapses of chlorination in the past, though not often. Hopefully you will see the beauty in it all, as we have :-)

The listing is lovely! We truly enjoyed our stay. As Jamaicans visiting from abroad, we love that many of the residents of the complex are locals! The restaurant makes great food! The pool was clean and beautiful. The natural beach was lovely - watch out for stray animals and sometimes pushy locals attempting to sell things or flirt. Quiet in the evenings. We rented a car - plenty of parking and 5-10 minute drive to attractions and restaurants. Close to the airport. Good WiFi! Interior was clean and had nice amenities (hot pot, blender, toaster). Staff were friendly and helpful!

This is perfect for someone looking for a real authentic experience. The location was a little far out ( it’s 15 mins from Ironshore). It was expensive trying to get local taxi (thank goodness we knew so people from our last stay). The host was amazing and set up our airport transfer for late arrival. The restaurant on property 10/10 food was amazing! There were some difficulties but nothing we couldn’t work through. I do recommend a fire stick for staying here.

Stay at Sea Castles before and it has been a very convenient location for us with relatives nearby and the property has a pool and beach access. Not as walkable as the Hip Strip in Mobay.

Not at all. While one block at Sea Castles was damaged years ago, this building is safe, clean, and well-maintained, offering a secure and welcoming environment.
