Not one of our fancy luxe apartments, and there isn't a patio, but guests who need a safe clean space can enjoy the patios at the restaurant, access to the pool, and natural beach, walking trail, and friendly local people, all at an affordable price.

The space

This apartment is the only one of its kind on premises. It used to be part of staff quarters years ago when the property was built. Pretty simple, with a kitchenette, open studio, very high ceilings, hot water, a.c. and wifi, lots of sunlight, meshed windows to keep out mosquitos. It is meant for persons who are not planning to spend the bulk of their time inside an apartment but need a clean place to stop on short stays or want to make the best of a modest budget. Breakfast is available from 8-1pm. Our guests find that very convenient.

if you are looking for a higher end apartment, completely renovated and upscale, take a look at my other apartment, the penthouse, but this one is not that one. :-)

Other things to note

we have no control over the maintenence of the property itself and the other blocks which are unfortunately in varying degrees of disrepair. The pool is normally in good order though there have been brief lapses of chlorination in the past, though not often. Hopefully you will see the beauty in it all, as we have :-)

Not at all. While one of the older Sea Castles blocks was damaged in the past, our building is safe, modern, and well-maintained. Guests enjoy a clean, secure, and comfortable stay here.
